Havaldar (in pay level 1 as prepay matrix of 7th pay commission) in general central service group C for post in Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of narcotics (CBN) under department of revenue, Ministry of Finance.

If we take example of salary of posts under group C by SSC MTS
According to pay level 1 as per pay matrix 7th pay commission.
Basic pay of group C and D employees is:
Level 1 Basic pay = 18000
DA 50% = 9000
HRA (x-24%, y-16%, z-8% of basic pay) = 4320, 2880, 1440
